2009 was a good season for Bert Longin, adding a team title and two third-place overall finishes to his career record, in the Belgian GT and FIA GT Championships respectively. During the season he claimed two wins, three second-place finishes and four third-place finishes, meaning an average of one podium in every two races contested. Furthermore, he finished in all FIA GT races in the top six. 2009 was an incredibly strong and consisten season.

The Stewards therefore decided to exclude the car nr 4 from the results of the 8th round of the FIA GT Championship in Zolder. The team has announced its intention to appeal the decision, to be confirmed by the ASN
The race results also remain provision pending the results of the International Court of Appeal hearing held on Thursday December 3rd.
